Prof. John Collins, Director of the Deaf Studies in Education and Language Acquisition Department, is giving a talk entitled “Mythbusting Deafness” at 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.

Prof. Collins will be discussing Deaf Culture, Sign Language, CODA’s, Black ASL and more. The talk will be given in ASL with voice interpretation. This talk is supported by the LaGuardia’s UNITY initiative.
