NYC DOE is looking for New York State Seal of Biliteracy (NYSSB) Advisors. The NYSBB Advisors will help NYC high school students understand the Seal of Biliteracy in NYC and promote bilingual awareness in their language and culture. Current college students are encouraged to apply. <\/p>\n

The New York State Seal of Biliteracy (NYSSB) recognizes high school graduates who can listen, speak, read, and write in English and at least one other language. Advisors needed in many languages, especially Bangla, Fulani, Hindi, Nepali, Tibetan, Urdu, Vietnamese and Wolof.<\/p>\n
